this baby i have been working on for some time i made his body a wile back and this weekend i felt like i wanted to complete the work i have lying around so here is this to cute to be true raikou! XD i love him so much! i made up the idea and patter for this guy when i was in Washington DC.

he is 7 inches tall, 6 inches long with a tail of an extra 4 inches. i LOVE how he came out! i must say Raikou is one of my favorite legendary pokemon.
